Thanks! It's funny how much I strived to get skinny, before realizing I should've been lifting instead of being a cardio bunny :x Definitely want to get rid of skinny status hopefully will be able to complete the marathon on my first attempt, probably won't be able to get as much gains if I have to keep training for it while trying to bulk :/

Went to the gym for back day. Scale says 161,4 . No cardio previous workout so expected a very slight drop. I could only manage 25 min today before getting a bad headache from the caffeine+creatine. I also think I had a bad batch of BCAA because each time I took them I started having stomach ache and gaz, bought a new bottle now and should be okay.

I can see how that could happen. I'm sitting at an airport stress eating, but I'm chomping on a side of broccoli instead of fries thanks to you.
I'm now on my fifth(?) flight cancellation. I thought I was in the clear today and showed up at the airport without checking on my flight's status... Sitting here for another 5 hours.

What do you guys do with cheat meals? Do you go crazy and eat how every many calories you want or do you eat a reasonable amount of calories but get them from some "garbage" you wouldn't eat the rest of the time? I've got a pre-game gathering with my rugby team tonight and we are ordering some pizza, just wondering if it would be a bad idea to eat as much as I feel like or should I try to limit myself to a couple slices.

I usually fit them into my macros or at least into my caloric allowance. Otherwise you could do some more cardio to maintain your deficit or just have fun and enjoy some junk We're all human and being TOO strict with nutrition can actually be detrimental. Just don't make it an epic binge and brush it off.
