QFT!! I was the same way but then after a few days, I realized I am not in the states any more. I get so pissed and rage when ppl bump into me and just kept walking on without apologizing at first. After awhile I got used to it. There are just too many people walking and when I accidently bump into ppl. Not a single fuk was giving by them. lol So is a common normal thing.

That's how it is in the Philippines especially at the supermarkets...Also we would walk around there always looking at our pockets and no jewelry back in the day or else become a primary target for hold-uppers or pickpocketers.
That's like walking all 250 swole and Schmack sees you...Pepper that angus nomsayin'.CONQUERING BARBELL

LOL @ anology. In Vietnam is it the same thing but that was a long time ago. Not sure if it is still like this now in the city. But in China, you just have to watch out for your back pocket. Same rule apply if you travel outside of the US, always keep your wallet in front pocket.

Agreed.
Years ago, I was traveling with my gf from France to Italy on a train, and two gypsies got into our cabin. They obviously had snuck on the train during a stop. It was a little unnerving, having to keep an eye on them while making sure my gf and our luggage were safe. We had heard the warnings about gypsies, so I was pretty tense.
Have fun in Sin City bro.## chillin at home crew

Long story there bro ... Eight year relationship. I'll tell you about it someday over a 6-pack
France was really cool actually. Much better than Italy IMHO. Italy just felt ancient and decaying of sorts. France, and especially Paris, felt old but still had a vibrancy and sense of modernness to their cities that was great. I'd love to go back to Paris for a week. Didn't really see enough of it that time.## chillin at home crew

I always think France is a total sh!t hole. That place is so dirty, graffiti everywhere. I love Italy, some of the best shopping on earth right there plus I do love Venice except when it gets hot there then the water gets all stagnant and mosquitoes the size of puppies start attacking you.

Rome is just way too old. I stayed in a Holiday Inn that's right by the coliseum and the word on the streets was that hotel was haunted because the building was built back in the 7th century and was used as a hospital/morg at one point for the gladiators. Not sure if it was true but they said it was haunted and stuff. i didn't see anything but I did like eating the spinach pasta they served in there.
Did you bust up laughing when you saw the vatican guards? I was like yeah dude those long pikes and clown costume will really stop someone.Let's put a smile on that face :)

The Coliseum was a huge disappointment man. Just old, crumbling, and dusty and they had some scaffolding over the arena so you couldn't even see the ground. Lame.
The Vatican guards are probably as useful as the Buckingham Palace guards, except the Brits have guns May be ceremonial though.## chillin at home crew

Brahs i can rep out 70 pound dumbbells on incline and 155 lbs barbell inclines again. I lost another pound. Veins on my forearms are beginning to pop out again but only when I'm in the gym haha.

Truth anything outside of the US always watch out. That's how it is in the Caribbean as well.
These and if going to wear watch wear something really cheap that won't attract attention. Some guy in Pinas go his arm cut off over a watch when he was riding on a bus and stuck the arm out. Robber just chopped his arm This was back in the day.
Have fun in Vegas man. I never been but would love to go someday.
All the France/Italy/Europe talk makes me want to go for a visit. According to some genealogy my family originated from Sicily. Would like to visit that place before I kick the bucket
Palace of Lourve has got to be ballin. I took 2-3 Art appreciation classes back when I was in college and those places are on my list to visit if I were in Europe.
Sup man
That's good JB keep it up. I have been doing HIIT to help get shredded.

I used that Tabata method when I was done with my cycle and was on clen the last month. I got so ripped that jimmies would rustle when people saw the veins. No way I can do that now since I still lack stamina. I'm basically dead after a hour in the gym. Once I can last for 1.5 hours in the gym while only resting 2 min in between sets and 3 min changing stations without feeling like I'm going to die then I'll do tabata again.
Let's put a smile on that face :)

I agree, I just started doing them after being back in the gym for about 5.5 weeks had to build up my stamina and still am building it back up...It's good for sure man. Can get cardio done much quicker and I feel like "I have done something" after the HIIT session compared to my usual 30 mins. LISS. I've been watching youtube vids for variety of HIIT training that can be done. I like the tabata timing too, 20 secs. work and 10 secs. rest is perfect timing IMO.
