My avi was from last september after having lost a good 45 pounds. I was starting to get aesthetic but I went on dat severe depression time and lost all my gains.

I've started lifting for the past 2 months and I still avoid all mirrors so as to not see how disgraceful my physique is. But I think that's just cause I look like **** compared to last year though.

When I lifted consistently, I was mirin every single inch of my physique though.

I've always assumed this is what everyone thinks. But i've seem some of the fattest, most out of shape people in the gym, flexing, smiling, and what not. Forever unhappy, no matter how much progress I make.

If I am looking on purpose for bbing purposes sometimes you get into that mode where all you see is flaws & weak points, never big enough etc.

But sometimes I glimpse myself by accident and I'll be like damn, not too shabby son.
