how much are you taking? 1000iu/day isn't going to do sh*t especially if you're near severely deficient. Try going up to 10,000 iu for 2 weeks and get blood levels rechecked. Have you ever tried supplementing with iodine and Vitamin B6 as well? B6 could help regulate prolactin levels which could also be the cause of what is suppressing your T3 levels.

odd question, but how much does this blood test cost?
I'm thinking about seeing a doc to get tested but don't want to get ass raped with some crazy lab fees that insurance won't cover :xMАGА 2024. I rep pаtriots, and neg anti-american phægots. If I were you, I'd ask your doctor about a prescription to something a little stronger than vitamin D, you certainly qualify with those readings at 19. Could improve your quality of life, mood, and energy levels.
If you're not willing to get your diet in check, then your supplements and gym membership are a waste of money.

Dude honestly I'd tell your doc that you need something stronger, as in pharm-grade. Under 300 TT at 19 is NOT a good reading, no matter how your doc tries to spin it. Have you gotten your LH/FSH tested to see if you are primary? While hypothyroidism can impact your T readings, thats a LOW level even with hypothyroidism.
