As a healthy adult who trains regularly with a moderately decent diet? I'd wager once you start going over 10g/day you should begin to wonder but honestly I don't see a need to go beyond 6g most days. Synapsin told me he was doing 10g+/day at one point, we were discussing potential causes of headaches I was getting iirc and I mentioned a higher ALCAR intake. I'm using it for what Andy mentioned above in regards to AMPK and try to get that going as much as possible during my fasted hours and noticed my cut sped up somewhat significantly during the semester when I was doing that.
