i have said that so many times while running or lifting something i couldnt...but i kept on doing it day in and day out until i conquered that task, and have yet to quit on myself....no one could give me the ass kicking i could give myself for quitting..i will push on...i will be the best i can be...my perseverance will be an inspiration to others

Yeah, I'm going to definitely run it again soon myself. I'm taking at least a month's break from it, but thinking about going longer since there's talk of another competition.
That being said, I decided to add 1 legged squats to my leg day today. I'm most likely going to regret it tomorrow haha.HRT Disciple

I do 20min cardio tredmill after training and I'm complete my firts12week HRT 2WEEKS AGO .
I train Monday,Tuesday Wednesday off train Thursday Friday and do A 10K RUN Saturday Sunday off
