So basically I'm sitting on the lounge and my mate is opposite me when the bouncer tells me to leave.he tells me to leave maybe it was because I looked sleepy or whatever but I was definitely not doing anything wrong. I dunno why the phuck So I appide by the rules and leave and when I was half way down the stairs I come to the sudden realisation that I wasn't doing phuck all wrong so I walk back up the stairs and the bouncer gets me into a chicken wing arm bar pretty much. I try to resist the kunt but he was too strong and basically shoves my face against a brik wall along with his other ******* but buddy. I'm going to file a police report today.

lol what a way to ruin a night. One of my friends was wrongly accused of hitting a girl so they brought him to the back of the club and phucked him up and threw him on the side of the road. He tried to sue but apparently the club has some sort of protection for these bouncers and he never got ANYTHING in return. Good luck to you OP.

some ppl just draw negative attention. Good friend of mine gets kicked out of every club we go to. On more than 1 occasion we have been sitting at a table taking, eyeballin chicks and a bouncer comes up and ask him to leave. It always leads to us fighting, and usually an escort to the drunk tank or home form the police. I asked 1 bouncer why, he responded by saying "he's big, and I don't want him starting trouble" wtf? Pre-emptively kicking somebody out.

Lesson learned, real life isn't misc so you don't get to be a cheeky kunt.
That said I'd file a report if you weren't doing much wrong, but considering you went back after being told to leave AND you tried to resist/fight him then you might not really have a case as he can just claim it was an accident as he tried to push you out while resisting.
