toast peanut butter, 500ml milk b4 bed.

well, i've been having, 2 pieces of toast whole grain, they say 5grams of protein each. and than 500mil of milk and peanut butter, which is like 30-40 grams of protein b4 bed. Is this good enough? thanks. Also does toasting bread do anything to it?

Toasting the bread denatures the carbohydrates in such a way as to allow glocuse to cross the blood-brain barrier. When glucose reaches your brain, theres no telling what could happen.

not to ideal for a prebed meal, perhaps invest in come casein protien, a months supply is about $25 depending on where you get it, minus what you pay for toast, peanut butter, and milk every night it seems like a pretty good investment

exactly that, you need a slow absorbing protein source for bed.

Did you people not read he is drinking milk(casein)? The fat in the PB will also slow digestion.

That meal is fine---lots of calories, but I assume that fits into your plan. Whole food is better than a shake except immediately pwo and MAYBE pre-wo.

Point out there mistake in a proper and to the point manner (the shorter the better, as stupid questions are never in short supply) and point them to the correct places to find the correct information.
