Are you taking any stims? As long as your blood pressure is ok I don't really see much of a problem taking some sort of preworkout supp to combat that nasty lethargy.

I use a straight bar with a thumbless DOH grip.
Today I did for the first time, 2 scoops of NO explode and I still felt like going to sleep haha. BP is all good brotha.
more, if I stay lean enough and get up to 230 I can see myself still hitting 15+.There is no need to be upset
