Overall with the exception of a few meals I have eaten pretty damn clean on the bulk though. Almost all the carbs I take in are from oats, grains, fruits, etc. Though once in a while I want some good fukin ice cream

Are you taking any stims? As long as your blood pressure is ok I don't really see much of a problem taking some sort of preworkout supp to combat that nasty lethargy.

Today I did for the first time, 2 scoops of NO explode and I still felt like going to sleep haha. BP is all good brotha.

Wow I'd have to take the 3 scoops of nox while sitting on the can. The only explosion I felt from that was from my ass. Jack3d doesn't upset my stomach near as much, but im looking forward to trying beta-cret next.
