Couple things here


1)30 years training? LOL wut? Most people achieve their natural genetic limit within 5-10 years of training. Look at natural bbers, none of them are much bigger at all after about 5-10 years (most achieve their limit within 5 or 6 years)


2)It would be very difficult to have a physique like that naturally, even with awesome genetics. For the average dude, that's impossible

I don't think you can reach your true natural limit in 4-5 years. You can hit 90% of it for sure, but if you're one of the few persons strong enough (or crazy enough) to keep at it naturally and stay on track 100% for 10+ years you will keep seeing very small gains every year. See Timberwolf (yes he did one cycle in... 2002? but look at his pics since then, tiny improvements every year and you can see very noticeable improvements between 2003 and 2009; he probably started lifting in like 1990).

That being said, The Rock is impressive as **** but he's about as natural as Sylvester Stallone and I highly doubt his physique is achievable naturally.
