From a cursory glance it looks like everyone on there actually competes and I'm not bodibildengom big. I just want to get tones abs and arms for the summer and not be all bulky.

Actually pretty good I'd say. I know quite a few guys on here that attend school with me or live near me.. I've meet quite a few that are in the state and less then 100 miles away from me.
