How does that make their advice better?
There are African tribesmen who have never picked up a dumbell in their life who look better than the hodge twins, does that mean we should do what they do instead?
How does that make him incorrect with his advice?
No, he's quite rightly attacking blatant misinformation, if he was just doing it for popularity and didn't have any facts to back him up, he'd end up paying the 1000$

Their channel is supposed to be for providing fitness advice and information, which is why their channel started and lots of people stumble upon it. They are not providing good information and upholding the purpose of the channel they made. I find they make me rage more than find things funny as they spit so much broscience and blatantly incorrect pieces of advice while often coming off quite uneducated and not very bright. But to each their own

I dont see your point?
There are people in the world that have been that blessed genetically.
Genetics and training experience play a huge role in physiques, far more goes into a physique than the exact nutrition and training.
Therefore the only thing you can do to determine good advice from bad is empirical scientific research, not the quality of the physique giving it. Ian consistently has the research on his side, Hodge twins just have their own uneducated opinion.

hodge twins irk me.
this guy is well spoken.

i believe what he says about their diet, however, he doesn't add, "and there is a cycle for that".

This kid is a ****ing tard. Hes talking about a field where you have to put your money where your mouth is. The majority of people wont listen to him if he looks like ****. Hes being hella dumb for referencing an IFFB pro's diet. They're on so much ****ing gear they can eat dirty and still stay lean.

He talked about IFBB pros and natty pros/impressive natty lifters. If you don't listen to him because he isn't big, then that's your loss. No matter how ignorant a speaker may be, the truth is still the truth. In this case, no matter how unimpressive you may find Ian's physique, the truth he is saying is still the truth.
I know more than the Hodgetwins based on what they say. But look at me - my body looks nothing like their bodies. Why? My goal isn't to look like them.
You assume Ian is trying to get big like them even though he explicitly stated he is not a bodybuilder. All of humanity's problems stem from man's inability to sit quietly in a room alone.
