Morning./.. weight was up today.. went over cals last night and ate salty food. not one fuk was given, though
Up 1.2lbs today. Today is a non lift day. Did 40 minutes on the arc trainer today doing some LISS. My glutes and abs are sore today from deadlifts and chinups. Guess, I'm doing it right?Aug of 2010 - 330 lbs <--- Never Forget

Ok peeps im armed and ready. I just got my body bugg suscription good for a full year. Time for me to lose weight.
Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

Principle photography has ended on the film, and tomorrow night (my birthday) we have our wrap party. (Edit: My brother-in-law pointed out that it's already my birthday on the east coast.)
I'm in a food coma after eating a huge pita from Zankou Chicken, and I'm vegging out in front of the tv for the first time in weeks.
131.6 today. I'll do cardio tomorrow.

Let us know how much you like it. I keep wanting to try one out, but I don't want to fork out the money, and I figure I have a hard enough time inputting regularly into MyFitnessPal, so I'm not sure it would be worth it for me to buy one until I've got that part of the plan down.

Good morning everyone! I'm down to 227!!! After having been stuck at 230 for weeks, it's really nice to see that number creep lower this week! About to hit the gym for the last day of week 5 of my first cycle of All Pro's beginners routine! Pushing more plates starting Monday :-D

We had union workers, so we had to keep our locations within LA's "30 mile radius zone" to keep per diem rates and driving distances down. Filming took place in a number of different locations within that zone, but it's all over now. We're in post-production, the editing phase, but if my brother needs to he'll film additional footage in the coming months. His goal is to have it ready for a film festival later this year.
I'll do a fast-paced walk around the neighborhood in just a bit. This area is really hilly.

Need to get pics,measurments, & BF% done this weekend.
Still on creatine & half doses of E/C.
Hunger is really not too big an issue at this point.
If it does become a problem i'll up it to 3 half doses.
I like my coffee too much & full doses just don't jive with the java.
but half doses work for me just fine.

I had an epic two weeks in the first half of March! That said I can feel the pace slowing down, plus I'll be on vacation the last week of March hopefully I can tread water until April!
