Unsubbed for lack of PR's on every lift. Or maybe for being a jerk and OHPing nearly my bench max, DLing 4 plates for 7 reps, and for complaining about it.

BW: 224.2 lbs.
Bench Press

45x5
155x5
195x5
225x5 (vid) PR
255x10 (vid) PR
This was pretty awesome. Got 260x9 previously and I remember that 9th rep being a real grinder, so I figured 9 reps would be tough today, 10 was a huge PR that I wasn't expecting. I think I finally have my elbows under the bar - I was just touching the bar lower on my chest and that helped.
CGBP
175x5
200x5
230x10
Needed 12 for a PR here, but wasn't expecting it after the big bench PR. My lifting buddy wasn't around today so I didn't have as much rest as usual on these either.
Row

230x8 (vid) PR
One more rep than last time.
Dips
225x5
255x5
285x11 PR
One more rep than last time.

Notes:
Great day today, finished in just 1:20 too which was nice. Chazzy inspired me to try some handstand push-ups which was fun, I might keep practicing them - bonus video on thatMy Journal (RIP 05/11 - 09/13):

Amazing job as always. LOL at the handstand pushup. Have you ever tried them before? If not, I'm quite impressed, they are quite difficult. Now let's see you do one without putting your feet against the wall

I do, but honestly I can't wait drop another 15 or so pounds and start running TM and bulk again.
Haven't commented on diet since we last talked. BW is dropping slowly, don't want to change anything drastically right now. I'm pretty sure Saturday's weigh-in will be 223 for the first time in a really long time.
Haha, yeah that was my first time ever attempting. I edited out about 3 minutes of me just sitting there being scared to even try to do a hand stand . No way I could do them without the wall there!
Thanks brah!
Thanks! I would imagine you would have no problems doing the same though since our BW and bench are both so close. My Journal (RIP 05/11 - 09/13):

Bench looks strong and the set looked like you breezed through it. When you set up the safety pins on your rack, are they just at, above or below your chest level when laying down?
If I tried the handstand pushups, I am afraid I would fall all my head and break my neck, it would be an accident waiting to happen. My Journal (LRB 365):

Hey I was thinking last night that if you wanted to fine-tune your safety height, you can unscrew the rubber piece on top of them and replace it with thicker rubber or metal.
Also congrats on weightloss.Journal: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=153427731&page=1

In other news, I went to my barber yesterday afternoon and lost most of my hair and beard. Weighed in 3 lbs lighter than my lowest weight of the year - 221.2 now. So apparently the secret to spectacular weight loss is just a haircut and a beard trim.

Did you just break the universe? Did someone divide by zero???
Interesting thought on fine tuning the safeties. I have added extra strips of rubber flooring under the bench to get it a little higher in the past, but I could very easily use 1 or 2 of those strips on the safeties. Will definitely give that some thought! My Journal (RIP 05/11 - 09/13):
