Hey everyone, this will be my first log of this kind, should be posting daily. Things I want to accomplish: actually look like i lift. Been in the weight room for 3 years now, used to be well over 300lbs(never scaled it, so didn't have recording of true weight). I am looking to lose some fat with sub q.. I will also be taking their creatine Purple K and their Test Booster - Zuus along the way. I will be posting my daily eating, I know what i have to do to make this happen. Also my work out journey with you guys. I also will be recording some video's too.
Currently I work 2nd/3rd shift so my sleep times aren't ideal. Typically up between 11am-3am, here is my scheduled dosing.

day 3
a lot of energy for legs today, i am not sure how to explain how i feel, but i feel like i have mini fever in a good way... very alert... work out is faster, no breaks needed... should have the test booster kick in a couple days, (normally takes a week for me to start feeling it).
going to eat some kind of bread for dinner tonight, get me some good carbs... monday i will be get some more ON, prob take atleast 2 times a day, out of everything i eat, most filling.
gotta work 6p-? tonight might post later, but if not tomorrow

how long do you take zuus for then? i took AI sports testo pro, i felt theirs in about a week... i ran theirs 8weeks tho.... ? on the dosing of sub q, so 2 pills is hitting me hard, as i am following the directions on the label.. can i wait a couple days b4 going to the 3 pills bc today is day 4... thanks

Jonny, many people will tell me they feel a test booster within a week or two and I'll often burst the bubble and say it's placebo - even if they're loving ourown product, ZEUS. To be quite honest I'll say this with most test boosters too. A pro-hormone or even a steroid takes 3-6 weeks to take full effect. Research on the key ingredient in ZEUS - Testofen, was based on 8 weeks at 300mg takenn twice daily. With this said, we'll say to use for a minimum of 8 weeks. Typically most will run ZEUS for 12 weeks on followed by a 4 week rest period.
As for SUB•Q, absolutely! Stick with the 2 caplets twice daily until you're ready to move forward with the full dosage of 3 caplets twice daily.

had a great bi/back day today, hit another .5 mile cardio did some abs/calves too.. my work outs have gone from 45min-1hr to 1.5hours with ease....so sub q is def helping on that front. going to start next (tuesday), going to 1mile in between the split...def loving this so far
and to fusion reps, any chance we can get some of the sponsored pro's to post in the sponsored logs? i love following jodi boam and bonnets.
