Dude at my gym will 1/8th partial BB squat 500+, he ask to squat with me the other day, I was doing 15 reppers and he was struggling doing 255 squat and can't even do parallel with them Talking about an ego lifter.

Supsup brahs! Just woke up from a nap; being sick still I can only sleep for a few hours then wake up. All the coughing I've been doing the past couple weeks started up one of those coughing headaches (too much pressure build up). It sucks ass because there's nothing I can do to prevent them and it hurts everytime I cough, sneeze, or even when I turn or move my head too quickly

Nope. Before the broken femur I had surgeries to repair bone, cartilage and ligaments in my leg and shoulder. No lifting from last October till about 2 weeks ago. Just used my time to read and learn things I've always wanted to learn.

I looked at it again...it looks like his back just has a hump. IDK - his head is up, and he's pulling through the range. Not textbook form, but it doesn't necessarily look bad to me.

I got spry and i had to fought and cuffed up one of my classmate . It sting and water doesn't help. The affect last about 3 days. I also took a 5 second taser ride. I hit the floor and scream like a girl.

Lol yeah teacher showed us a video recap of the police academy the graduation class did. They had to walk through a pepper spray tent, get tazered, and other things too. Only thing that makes me scared a bit is all the running and the 7-5 every day.
