try this home made mass gainer. very cost efficient, and great macro breakdown.
2 cups milk
3 scoops whey (depending on how much of a "thickener" your whey is you can get away with this or more)
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup oats
200 grams maltodextrin
2225cals
47.6g fat
336.3g carbs
115.1g protein

I think I sprained my wrist playing tennis.. woke up today and my wrist was all warm/swollen/numb/hurts to move on the pinky side. mi pinky/ring finger were slightly numb too. didn't expect this at all
just gonna do stuff like squat jumps todaysig line can't be a novel crew. and I'll be banned if I make it a novel again

No difference in quads at all. But my squat went up 40lbs.
Self Critique: Gained 14lbs and didn't gain much fat in 4 months, pretty happy with that. Chest is starting to gain some mass. Arms gained over an inch.
Lifts:
Bench 215x6 -------> 225x7 (after 2 months, then switched to incline)
Squat 295x1--------> 335x1 (Started squatting in late january)
Deadlift 405x1 -----> 450x3 (405x1 wasn't a real max, just the most I had done)
Some other random lifts I have written done from november:
Lat Pulldown 150x6 ----> 200x8
DB Pec Fly 45x6 --------> 65x8
DB Bench 60x10 -------> 105x8 (60 wasn't a true max, just the most I had done)

Packersfan33's results
Alright here we are 4 months later! I made some decent gains I would say, as well as becoming almost fully recovered from a back injury that I suffered in October. Sadly, I just started being able to do lower body 2 weeks ago after 4ish months of training, but my upper body was able to progress! My max bench was 190 when this comp started and on Tuesday I threw up 205x2 easy and did 215 easy after that. I look forward to maxing that soon in 2 weeks. As far as squat and power clean, I'm hoping to regain my maxes when this competition started, I did a 300x1 squat (after 2 weeks of lifting!) and got 165x2 on power clean. I will update tmisc on my maxes when I hit them! So, for anyone still reading, here are my pics, although they have different lighting.. oh well.
