At the revolution school the other weekend a guy walked into the second classroom session late, sweating profusly, hair straight up with dirt all over him. He sat down, raised his hand and said: "please explain brake fade to me". -CSG @Corral.net

Happy New Years everyone. Got my 2 plate strict press last night. Very happy I made it before the end of the year. Even if it was only a few hours away.
Strict press is at beginning. And then one handed deadlifts without straps for the lulz.

Happy New Year Cali.
Day 1 of working out in the New Year....went well. Me and my bro did chest and biceps. It feels good being back in the gym. Wish I never lost focus though. But i feel sore and good right now. Trying to make 2012 my best year so far

Happy New Year everyone!
I'll drag him to the FitExpo if I have to. . .he's going to be my date, he just doesn't know it yet.
I'm aiming for the March 10th show in Torrance.
I didn't forget. . . I was enjoying a long Christmas vacation at a private cabin with my family. Good stuff.
Pretty!
What would possess you to drink and then go for such a long walk?

Happy New Year to you too, private cabin huh? Sounds nice, makes me miss Bishop.
Combination of two key issues, needing to get home and not wanting to do the drunk "hey man, can you come get me" call and a rather awkward run in with a good friend. A little walk was good for clearing my head and processing ****.At the revolution school the other weekend a guy walked into the second classroom session late, sweating profusly, hair straight up with dirt all over him. Day 2 at the gym.....yeah it was good because i can barely move lol. Worked out my tri's and traps. Went to work and got stuck with some of the heavier orders which just topped off my workout. Now relaxing, watch Basketball and some Football.

Sup Cali, hope everyone's weekend is treating them well. Good luck at the comp Fury!
Goals been set in stone for a few weeks now. Pack on mass at all costs, restock supps (easier said than done, the market has changed a lot), kick ass in school, and buy a kayak. More goals may be added depending on the success of the preceding goals. At the revolution school the other weekend a guy walked into the second classroom session late, sweating profusly, hair straight up with dirt all over him. anyone willing to ship me some organic pastures raw milk if I were to pay them? I live in AK, I took a trip down to california recently and brought up some raw cultured butter and it's reversing my lactose intolerance, this stuff is amazing. I had a share ownership with two different places in alaska, but it's not the same quality as what you get in California.
