Pretty much all raw denim is sold by a tagged waist size regardless of location. You just gotta do your research. That brand is always a 34" (might be 35" can't remember). And the waist size is vanity sized by 2 so tagged 30=true 32. And they'll stretch a bit. You can find a size chart with ALL the measurements (waist rise thigh knee ankle etc) and figure it from there, ignoring the tagged sizes of pants you usually wear.

There is simply no other exercise, and certainly no machine, that produces the level of central nervous system activity, improved balance and coordination, skeletal loading and bone density, muscular stimulation and growth, connective tissue stress and strength, psychological demand and toughness, and overall systemic conditioning as the correctly performed full squat.
