Idk how the hell you train while following the "anabolic diet" in the first place...you would have no fuel whatsoever from the lack of carbs in the first place, I don't really like the anabolic diet at all...but if you feel you must do it I'd do the cardio on the weekends to make sure you're carbed up

Normally when people's shoulders round forward I would say genetics or because their chest is disporportionally strong to their back, but that wouldn't apply to you as an Oly lifter, because you must have strong traps and rhomboids... and I remember you saying you were against directly training the chest...SO genetics? Or maybe you just have ridiculously strong front delts?

the liver eats glutamine. period. it doesnt make it to the muscle. period.
there may be a diff mechanism at work here, but it plain and simple doesnt work.
one man (bad reference i know, but cant think of the study) tried TONS of ways to increase muscle glutamine levels via supplementation. he even went as far as to imake it injectable and injected himself with it. still no increase in muscle glutamine levels.Chew Crew

I recently bought some arginine, glutamine, and creatine.
Both the L-arginine and L-glutamine say to take one capsule (1000mg) daily.
The creatine says to take 3 capsules pre-workout and 3 postwork out (4200mg's total).
Are these correct dosages for a BB'er? If not, when and how much should I be taking each?

If your still answering serious questions i have one. What is the best post workout shake mix in your opionion bc i usually just chug whey protein with water after lifting, but lately i've been getting more serious about lifting and want more to my PWO shake. Thanks

whats your workout look like, i see you play a fair bit of sport, i also play a lot. i wanted to have a look at your workout and compare, and make sure I'm not over training etc... as i gather the routines should look pretty similar for the activity level.
when you start out a workout schedule, do you research any particular area first, e.g in the artical section, or do you make your own plan up?
thanksyou've gotta start somewhere!
