This literally has to be the single most awesome computer program EVER.
Now that I have this program, I can track the bar movement and work on possible errors, but that's not even the best part.
Since this program tracks speed, I can use it select the weight the will lead to the optimal force development for speed work granting I set the camera the same distance from the bench each time.

I am disappoint that you no pull 5 fitty.
I think you should stop these silly 2 a days though brah. No offense... I think you've been able to handle it, but I think as time went on, it's just too taxing, at least just from my point of view.
