Breakfast 7:30- 3 egg whites
1 Whole egg
2 slices whole wheat toast ---> Calories: 284 Fat: 8g Carbs: 28g Fiber: 4g Protein: 24g

Snack 1 10:30- Clifbar (Blueberry) ---> Calories: 240 Fat: 5g Carbs: 43g Fiber: 5g Protein: 10g

Lunch 12:30- Burger 85-15 no bun ---> Calories: 360 Fat: 21g Carbs: 11g Fiber: 2g Protein: 27g
1/2 cup blueberries

Snack 2 3:30- 1 can tiny Shrimp ---> Calories: 241 Fat: 2.4g Carbs: 33g Fiber: 3.5g Protein: 23g
1 large Banana

Post Workout- 1 Scoop Whey ---> Calories: 140 Fat: 2g Carbs: 4g Fiber: 0g Protein: 26g

Supper 7:00- 1 1/2 cup of cabbage/tomatoe/ham/mustard ---> Calories: 298 Fat: 3g Carbs: 35g Fiber: 4g Protein: 33g
16 oz. Fat free milk

Bed 9:30



Total= Calories: 1703 Fat: 44.3g Carbs: 158g Fiber: 18.6g Protein: 170g

I figure I'd this for a while to see my results. I'm currently sitting at 150-155lbs 5'6'', looking to gain a little size and really tone. Any and all feedback would be greatly appreciated.
