I definitely recommend whey before bed every training day if youre trying to get big. Its worked awesome for me. DO NOT drink milk before bed, lactose is a form of sugar and will be stored almost instantly as fat as soon as you hit the sack, especially if you had your workout much earlier in the day

Warm Water versus Cold Water: Which is better?
We often receive chain emails of effects of drinking cold water. Is it always dangerous to drink cold water or is it safe to drink only warm water? Let’s explore the facts behind this popular myth.
Cold water
Cold water is a must in hot scorching summer. We often feel stomach full after drinking a glass of cold water and do not feel hungry. But, some cardiologists say that drinking cold water after a meal will impede digestion and eventually lead to cancer and heart attacks.
But, drinking cold water during and after exercise brings down the temperature of the body to normal levels. Studies show that cold water gets absorbed quickly than warm water and prevents dehydration.
Warm water
Drinking warm water especially in the morning flushes the kidneys, helps in bowel movement. Warm water stimulates the glands on the walls of the stomach and prepares the stomach for food. Drinking warm water after every meal detoxifies the body. It improves digestion.

Casine is good before bed as it is slow release and is very beneficial for recovery as your body recovers while you sleep. However a glass of milk before bed is still good and provides many benefits and you dont need to buy more expensive protien.
The last three or four reps is what makes the muscle grow. This area of pain divides the champion from someone else who is not a champion. That's what most people lack, having the guts to go on and just say they'll go through the pain no matter what happens.
