    been said a few times already but...

    if you're lifting for girls you don't even need to go to the gym,just do some cardio, mess around with body weight exercises, chins/pushups etc. and do alot of ab work. as long as you aren't fat they really don't care.

    I lift for the health benefits.

    I just hate when people feel the need to lie and say their reasoning fits under one category out of fear of embarrassment or ridicule.

    you do it because you enjoy it for the sport of it and seeing your body progress, girls, health, strength, confidence, because if affects how people look at you socially, because it's something to do, and anything else you can think of.

    Nothing wrong with it, and mine fits under all above reasons and more. And it's absolutely proven itself. Funny how males, for no reason, will respect and look up to you more because of your build alone.

    And yes coupled with confidence and the attitude to go along it can aid your game to a certain extent obviously.

    And especially to the brah's who have had it rough with the women earlier in their life (e.g. 21+ virgin crew) more power to you, do whatever you need to do to get the job done.
