Hey Nick, I know you're a 'macros guy' and not overly concerned with food choice... just curious what have your staples been thus far this prep?

warming up it felt very strange for sure but after about 25 warmup sets, I was ready to get to work...also very fatigued haha.
I think the whole sitting back and not pushing through my heels came from my hip flexors being so damn tight and stubborn in the past. Now days I foam roll on a regular basis as well as stretch and I am in much better condition because of it.
I used to hate to roll my quads, IT bands, hams, glutes, calves, lats, low back, and neck but now I love it. I used to just use the roller as a pillow while my bro would stretch and roll
wifeys anniversary gift is a LIL more improtante bro! dont mess that up
the iron will always be there plus I plan on lifting for awhile
i used to have really tight hip flexors which caused me to lean forward alot during my squat so when I put plates under my heels it helped me sit back much more but I have got away from using the plates and worked on loosening up my hip flexors and dont really have that problem anymoreTEAM NO CRYING

FYI I had Eric and Angela get rid of those Bolani's in 2009. They are a bit ummmm off number wise. Not calorically dense by any means, just not very consistent, nor accurate.

I usually do something along the lines of...
100g Pumpkin
32g PB
32g Better N Pb
1.5 scoops whey
200g sf/ff vanilla pudding
cinnamon
creatine
mix it all up in a bowl and then let it freeze all day long...then Ill microwave it just enough so that I can get my spoon through (~30 seconds)
I eat it very slow so that by the time I finish, Im tired of eating, not full haha
I highly reccommend the pumpkin dealio...so damn good!
yes baby...PRs! and Im going to keep them coming as I get lighter because my intensity and focus seems to be getting sharper and sharper every day.
That you have my friend and I <3 you for it!
so many good ideas around here.
Alright, I will save them for off season then
however I did email the company about a year ago asking about the macros and they did say they were accurate...but this is no time to be chancing things.
LOL so you know what its all about then!
Ohh ok priorities priorities! Even though I have no idea about what you do with your game, Im glad that you still get to play it 2x/month because I know thats your shh!
and you are right my friend...no reason not to get together...as for right now my schedule is Thurs-Tues so I dont have weekends off any longer, which sucks but I gota do what I gota do...I will def be at some shows this year though. Whats the first show coming up?
Im not going to eat them any more until Prep is over!TEAM NO CRYING

Morning weight was 180.2...so that is a gain of .4 lbs from my refeed...my body is starting to soak up the CHO! Love this...
worked all day and felt the after effects of the refeed...lethargic as a mother, and hungry all day! Drank 32oz of diet soda before 10am
Anyways...off day from the weights and was scheduled to have a all staff meeting at work from 6-8 which was going to cause me to miss my PLAYOFF hoop game that started at 630. I was bummin for sure but I still brought my stuff to work, just in case So whatayaknow? The meeting ended up getting canceled and I got to play in my game, god is good!
Get to my game, and it turns out that if I didnt show up they would have had to play with 4. We finished the season as the number 1 seed so if we lost it would have been a big let down. Ended up puttin it on the other team and I dropped 25 points. Good shhh!
Went home and PTFO!TEAM NO CRYING
