My training plans now include a lot of running. I was going to do a running journal, but then realised how boring of a journal that would be
I plan to maintain my strength (continue to increase if possible) by doing 2 weight training sessions a week, keeping the weight at what my maxes are now, or if I can increase, I will. I will be doing 4 running sessions a week, training to do a marathon in August.
I won't be running with the intent of losing weight, so I'll still be eating a ton, just running because I want to do a marathon, and I truly love running."Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you are doing you will be successful."
