Bodybuilding.com Shipment
Did anybody try ordering supplements from bodybuilding.com store and have it shipped to the Philippines? How many days does it take to arrive to the Philippines? I ordered a month ago and it has yet to arrive.

Good thread.
subscribed.
My aunt told me that Itlog ng pugo, is more nutritious than hen egg. I still take the hen egg though, because i'm not really sure if what she's saying is true.
Is anyone taking the Pugo egg instead of the hen egg here?

Maine sucked man hahaha. I was like the only Filipino in my school of 1200. Everyone thought I was Korean or Japanese or something. But i have to say..probably one of the best places to go for some relaxation. and back in 98-99 Lobsters were like $3 a piece. we used to go right down to the docks n buy it straight from the lobstermen. Oh yeah..and there was like 1 mall in the whole state haha.
Gonna take a while brah. I ordered a checkbook from US Navy Federal account..it took over a month to get here. We called and they said it would only take a week or so..yeahhhh right. We also tried sending some things to our bank in the states...took so long that we just did FEd Ex and it got there within a couple of days..that was 3 months ago and they STILL haven't received our initial mail prior to our fedex.
Just hold tight brah..
it'll come soon =)====Flip=Gameover=Crew===

Never been to Maine man, but imagine growing up in the south. Lots of racist and closet racists down here. I'm just being real about it. But I've manage to deal with it so 16 years later I'm still down here. Many thinks right off the bat if I'm Chinese, nothing against that but just because I have slanted eyes does not mean I'm Chinese Dang $3 a lobster, can't beat that. I'll be buying 10 right away

I know what you mean, man.. All Asians look alike.. LOL.. We're all "Chinese" in most of America.
I was walking down the street one day. This guy asks:
"Hey, man! Are you Chinese?"
I keep walking. I reply, "No."
Guy keeps asking: "Are you Japanese?"
"No." (Keep walking.)
"Korean?"
"No."
"Vietnamese?"
"No."
By this time I was already getting pissed off and I thought," Damnit! I wish I was Chinese."This above all..

"We categorize them as Mexican and "OTM""
"What's OTM?"
"Other Than Mexican!"
Famous lines from the movie "Born in East L.A." starring Oscar award nominee Cheech from Cheech and Chong. lol
I'm still waiting for my shoulder surgery, so my training has been sporatic. I still push it because I wanna go in as strong as possible, to heal as best as possible.
I may take your advice and start a log/journal. It would be another source of commitment.

LOL, That's awesome pare!!! I would have to use that line in the near future
Man, first off good luck with the shoulder surgery. Any surgery is scary in my book. Ok, don't even train it to not further injure yourself but you are a warrrior and absolutely entitled to keep pushing.
Yeah bro, start a journal and please post it here so we can all follow and support man. The reason I started my journal so I can stay committed.CONQUERING BARBELL

Lifting in B'ham...The same as everywhere bro. Only thing I don't like, not enough gyms that carry DB's over 110's unless I go to a Gold's gym but I'm not driving 15 miles one way just to lift...That's reason I don't like being here, they make a big deal out of nothing, what I mean by that, all the good gyms like 24 Hour Fitness, LA Fitness, etc.. They don't have it, but they should. They consider this as a city but to me it's still Country with a little bit of city...I'm looking forward to move to a big city again so I can find a better gym closer to me...No I'm not moving to close to Gold's that area is kinda bad with traffic.
I'm taking EST supps at the moment since they supply that to us every month. Check my log on my sig below bro.
What's up bro, I remember you being an OG in the first Flip thread. How's it going mang?CONQUERING BARBELL

Hoy mga pare!! It's okay if we are not as tall as audie.. Pinoy men still have the other attributes chicks dig: we are dark and handsome. So 2 out of 3 ain't bad. I think Meatloaf wrote that song for us Flips..
Speaking of mexipino, the comedian Edwin San Juan once said that Filipinos are basically Asians with Spanish last names, and we look like stoned Mexicans. This above all..
