my ultimate cycle stack cost around 260 bucks

alright guys i'm not sure the gains im going to get from this stack but they should be reasonable. the reason I've chosen to do this is because I get a personal trainer license in 3 months and I want to have an amazing body for my clients so I can be a physical inspiration to them.

trifecta stack by LG Sciences: methyl 1-d, liquid masterdrol, and there gh formula.

smash pre-workout powder: good mix of creatine, no2 and some other good stuff that'll give me a solid pump

multivitamin: Although taking 11 pills from animal pak at once is unpleasant the slight extra gains will be worth it.

weight gainer: going to use n-large 2 after workouts.

protein shakes: Optimum Nutrition 100% whey, going to use them when I wake up, but will stay away from using them pre-workout because protein and creatine fight for same receptors. and probably before bedtime

going to stick to 6 meals a day and get plenty of rest. anyone have any recommendations of things I should change or comments towards the stack

Ima have to strongly disagree. Whey before bed blended with milk is a good

way to bulk up a bit in the long run. Look into it.

well the great thing about animal pak is the great blend of amino acids that block cortisol so believe it or not after a while it does have its effect. got to make sure im not deficient in any vitamin either. some fatty acids in the mix also + performance optimizers.

Yep, get rid of the legal gear products, not effective, waste of money. Animal Pak is a complete waste of money, you are better off just taking a decent multi vitamin from your grocery and some supplemental b vitamins. I despise Animal Pak, it is an enormous waste of cash. Everything else is fine. N-large as a postworkout shake is pretty clever, that should be the only time you drink that thing though.

    x2.

Replace the LG stuff with something like the NHA stack or X-Factor+Activate. Also, grab some fish oil or an omega 3-6-9 blend.

my body is already up there with 6.7 pct at 156 and only 5'5" without shoes. an extra 10-15 pounds would make all the difference. as for the protein mixing with creatine. optimum whey has 4g of glutamine per scoop. that will fight with the creatine. and do you guys speak about legal gear from xp or just herd about it. if so did it not give you results or did it harm you in anyway?

I have personally taken two bottles of Methyl 1-D and one bottle of formadrol.

For bulking the 1-d was worthless. Did very little to nothing. For cutting the 1-d help tremendously, I didn't lose any muscle what so ever. The formadrol was nice for my cut aswell.

If your cutting I would say these products are fine, but still way too expensive.
Your bulking, so I would recomend Jungle Warfare, as this is the most effective bulking product I have ever taken.

Supplements won't give you an amazing body. Training and diet will. From my experience, less than 25% of my clients care what I look like. They care more about how you make them feel when they workout w/ you. That's all, not trying to be a dick.

1: if your going to be a personal trainer, you know that it's going to take more than 3 months to put on any decent size of make any considerable gains. 5'6 at 155, it will take time. Where are you getting your personal training cert from?

2: There are sooooo many better options then the LG stack. the liquid masterdrol is severly underdosed IMO... and the claims are nowhere near the reality for those products... Neogenix trinity stack is on sale for june. Also you should really look into x-factor, activate, 11-oxo, etc, there are many many better choices

3: no, its just a multi, theres not gonna be any additional gaims from your multi, regardless of the advertising

4: Protein and creatine fight for the same receptors? and whey before bed? your gonna be a personal trainer?

Please explain this to me in detail. Until you are able to (which is never) please stop propagating this type of gross mis-information to everyone you train. They are inclined to believe you and therefore they spread this mis-information to everyone they know and I have to listen to nearly every moron in the gym talk about idiotic topics (of which they know nothing) like how protein and creatine fight for receptors.

On to your stack. I reiterate, please stop and listen to the people here. The LGSciences products are pretty much a waste. You'll get better gains from either an NHA stack or the real PH route (which you'll need to do serious research for).

500ml milk = ~ 20grams of protein of which around 16 grams will be casein.

plus an added 22grams from 1 scoop of whey, add in a tbsp of peanut butter and your set.

    looks alright to me.
Tell your Girlfriend i said thanks....

    What this guy said.\
To MM, care to explain why whey + milk is not sufficient before bed?
