notice how slim his waist looks during those pullovers? damn, and the vascularity in his arms is looking insane. cant wait to see what he brings to the stage. this is his show to lose.....which we all know he wont let happen. crazy muscle shape going on through his shirt too.

His form is pretty perfect on Chest. Actually he has pretty great form in all muscle groups with exception of Arms and Back which his form is pretty terrible, specially arms.Originally Posted by DavyGrolton

Someone probally stated this, but i didnt bother to read so.. has anyone noticed alot of pro's dont use "perfect" form? I never see any pauses for contractions, alot of them look momentum asisted, some barely have a ROM. Just me, anyone else notice? Any specific reason?

What i said and also takes secondary muscles out of the equation. You are not seeing Jay doing momentum reps, what you are seeing is him using a shorter range of motion for the fact that i said, constant tension in the muscle being worked.Originally Posted by titomuheedo
