Does your size/mass restrict you from doing any daily activities?
Do you get people looking at you when your walking down the road or something or in the shops because your so big?

I've looked around but haven't seen this question asked: I just started lifting a few months ago at age 35. If I considered really getting into bodybuilding how long of a time frame should I reasonably expect before I would even be able to consider competitions etc .... I started out really out of shape, got into better shape and overtrained myself already, so I'm starting out at almost ground zero right now.

Hey Bob, I got the Bis/Tris/Posing DVD you made and loved it, great tips in there for sure. One of my weakest bodyparts is my guns. I cant seem to get them to grow. How many sets/reps do you find to be the most beneficial for size? Would you pyramid up the weight or pick one a do all sets reps with that weight using rest pause?

i was wondering what competitions do i have to join in order to become an IFBB pro?
quitters will always quit and be a failure in life
Never give up and reach your goals no matter what and be successful in life. Ask yourself why am i here? Why am i doing this?
