It's called Napa. About an hour from sacramento, SF and Oakland. My diet right now isn't really a diet. Its just, I eat. Everything and anything. My cousin taught me that way and he's huge(yes he juices though) and I kinda like being able to eat whatever. But after lookin at pics from my last bulk Im scared of gettin fat. When I get home, I'm gonna eat clean(6 eggs for breakfast, meat and brown rice, wheat pasta, ect). As far as training goes, I have no set plan. I work out whatever I feel needs to be worked out that day, and I choose the exercises as I step in the door
I hate questions like this.
I can't say I know Sean P....But. Babyslayer-sure he's big and strong but everyone needs to stop suckin his dick. He's never gonna cut. He hasn't ever done it before so why would he do it now? It would take him a year +. If he does it, great for him I'd be excited to see the results but I'd be suprised if he actually did it. Chase...after his vid I think he's kinda funny but he doesn't really look like he lifts in my opinion...he doesn't look bad though. just looks like ur standard kid, not a bodybuilder.
well. I mean. Its supposed to. I could get some easy if I really wanted to. But I'm honestly a nice guy at heart I don't use girls for their stuff. I have to really like them if I wanna do something with them

Rep range changes all the time. Somedays I'll do like 4-6 and others I'll do 12-15.
Workout Staples? Umm bench, squat, deadlift, curls, shoulder press, shrug
Food Stapes: Protein shakes, meat, mixed nuts
Fav bodypart...Thats such a hard question because I love working out everything. Probably back because its my best though
Fav Cardio: I HATE cardio., I only do it before a show because I have to. 20 min low intensity on an eliptical
Major in college: Food Science-hope to work for a supp company

I didn't do M drol. I might juice hard like my cousin in a few years
I take a lot of pictures. The changed you can SEE are amazing and keep me going. I always reccomend that people take before and after pics.
