I got the 199.00 kit plus and extra bottle of D4 to try. Won't use until my torn quad heals.
Would like to start April first and drop 10lbs before my Son gets home first part of May from afgan. He and his Marine buddies have a few training pics of mine up in their make shift gym. Don't want to disappoint.Psalm 121

So, was DLing today.
Last two sets were 325x5 and 335x5, nothing real heavy.
Used the DL platform and dont drop/slam the weights. I reset for every rep.
Guy comes up to the gym and says Im "coming through the floor" and if Im going to "lift that much weight" I need to use rubber mats on the DL platform and be easier.
I lold and the other guys in there bertstared the employee.Benes

I see. I am guessing if the weight room is on the second floor, additional layers of rubber would only add weight to the spot your are deadlifting, thus increasing the chances you'll "come through the floor". Do you guys have any rubber plates? i am working on getting some into my YMCA. At least a set of the big wheels to help muffle the crash when the bar hits the floor.
How about "come at me bro" next time.... then when he says "excuse me?" you can say, "I said good idea ya know"The greatest obstacle to discovery is not ignorance- it is the illusion of knowledge.

lulz no.
Prob the coolest thing that ever happened to me from here is when his Marine buddies didn't believe Mark Jr's dad was "fitnessman" from bb.com.
BTW fitty jr. has put 1.5" on his arms since being deployed
Really? I have a real high tollerance to stims as well. Be interesting to try.
For that kind of money, it would have to wow me for me to recommend.Psalm 121
