Hello Alberto
I am focusing on the Fresno right now, and since there is only one class in the over 40's I am just doing my best to get as super lean as possible and hold on to the muscle I have been developing since 2008. I want very much to do Bob and Tinas show and I figure the Fresno is a good way to get back into the competition mode.
Your upper body has always been impressive but I think I know what you mean, you want that absolute freaky upper body mass to match the huge quads. You are obviously doing it. Keep up the good work and it is nice to hear you are getting more into the posing. You'll do just fineThere was a time (seems like along time ago) where posing was actually taken into a bodybuilders total score. As bodybuilding grew in popularity the number of contestants entering each show continued to grow. To keep the shows within managable time frames the emphasis on posing (for scoring) was slowly faded out. I myself am a competitive bodybuilder and I believe in the two-pronged approach: Bring the best physique I can bring that day and to display the physique in the best manner I can.

One of my favorite movements to get a nice amount of weight going on a pullday after some heavy back work. Made it so that 5 sets was more than enough yesterday.
Its a good one! One of my favorites. I do it with a baseball.

Good man. And in the stretch position I think it does a much better job of working out the knots. Plus look at how much you can focus on that specific area.
Some of the fascia release stuff will straight hobble you if you're new to it lolwww.3DMUSCLEJOURNEY.COM
