I've read that a person should drink half their body weight in water.
I weigh 170 pounds, is 90 oz of water enough? Should it be more?
Another side question, when mixing a protein shake, for the best results should you mix it with warm water, cool water, cold water, or ice cold water?

1-2 gallons is what you need...just keep a water bottle with you and drink all the time thats what i do
Doesnt matter the temp for your shake i dont think...but i actually have heard that its harder to mix with warm water...i like mine in cold water with ice but it doesnt really matter"If you will it, it is no dream."
