Ok so here is how the workout went, at least how much of it I got done...
This workout was mainly focused on quads because he does hamstrings another time. These are the weights and reps I did as I was too out of it to care how much he was doing at the time. These reps are estimated how many I got because I can't remember exactly how many I got.
(weight x reps)
Leg extensions
60x20
100x15
120x15
160x12
200x18
Leg Press (slow controlled reps)
3 platesx20
5 platesx15
6 platesx12
6 platesx7
Smith squats
2 platesx15
2 platesx12
3 platesx12 (half reps)
3 platesx7 (half reps)
I did one sit of an exercise on the hacksquat machine but I was done, couldn't even budge it with no weight on. I didn't throw up but I sure did feel like it the whole time. Hardest leg workout i'll probably ever do. I'll be on for a bit so feel free to ask questions.http://www.creatinebenefits.com

i got those jade plates, deadlift kind of annoying you got to get them on the flat part and deadlift from that edge, taking plates on and off is easy and wont get stuck when the bar is on the floor. thats awesome u trained with DJ, how long you known him for? does he have a training partner regularly?

I've known him for about 8 months I want to say. Met him training at the gym and would just talk to him and about stuff and eventually became friends. Well right now he really doesn't because the guy he trained with is going in for surgery soon because of a car accident he was involved in.

Great pix Thanks for sharing! reps..
Watching DJ train legs in "Back to Basics" was insane, especially the scene with the guy yelling "DRIIIIIIIIIVE!!!" while he's doing the parking lot lunges! I'm sure you and him had an insane workout and even though it looked painfull I'm sure it was a "good time"! lolIf you always put limit on everything you do, physical or anything else. It will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them. - Bruce Lee
