It is 87 degrees here today which is unheard of at this time of the year. The leaves haven't even started to come out yet. Yesterday, I played outside in my yard all day. It was lovely.
Today, I'm in the office trying to catch up on an impending case.
Happy weekend everybody.

Yes, but the stock of the closely-held corporation is valued and included as part of your estate. There are ways to minimize (discount) the valued amount but not eliminate. There is good/bad news.
Good: The exemption (amount excluded from your estate) is currently $2million and is $3.5 in 2009. However, if you're in the higher income bracket, this can be easily surpassed.
Bad: The exemption is 'Zero' in 2010 and $1m in 2011 unless congress acts. For example, if your estate is valued at $1m in 2010 (which is easy to hit when you take into account real-estate, insurance, 401Ks, etc.) your is estate will pay approximately $450-500k in tax - ouch!
We have a running joke that no one dies in 2010...anyone that dies in January 2010 will back-date the death certificate to 12/31/2009.

...Why a gay forum!?!?!?!??!
I don't hate gay people or anything... but why do you guys have your own forums like you're a new form of mankind... if you don't want people to judge you or treat you badly why don't you just talk in the normal forums..
Let's create a "Straight" forum?!?!?! doesn't make sense?MY VERY FIRST LOG! CHECK IT OUT!
Again MY LOG

I'm currently living in Matamata which is about 2 hours away from Auckland.
Last year in High school then probably either move to Auckland or Wellington for my University. Would love to move to Sydney but i am a poor as farmer student haha so i'll stay in NZ and take the benefit of my student loan/allowence. But definately thinking about moving oversea into the big world once i finish my degree and gain abit of experience.
Yeah i am quite excited about moving to a bigger city, there are about 3 gay guys out of the 800 in this town but they are emm way out of my age range haha.
Definately looking to having heaps of fun down in the bigger city but for the meanwhile will just have to keep on milking those cows haha.

Dropping in...
After visiting dad briefly in the hospital yesterday; was out and about for a bit.
Started to do a bit of hiking on the trail on top of Mill Mountain where the giant star is located. The weather was really nice! Sun shining. Hot. Lots of families out enjoying the weather.
I just wasn't dressed appropriately. Heavy jeans. White dress shirt, long sleeved. Not at all oriented toward taking a hike. I started the trail, did see a couple of shirtless guys built fairly well at different times.
Trying to keep busy/occupied here but am bored as h - e - double toothpicks!
Good to see everyone is doing well and things are basically unchanged. Later guys.Feel the burn. Stayed pumped.

For years I'd heard comments that the Black Party is nothing but a freak show: bad music, bad space, and loads of freaks. Well.... Black Party 2007 was faaaaaahbulous. It was amazing, really. Some foreign DJ opened but I didn't hear his set (I was working as crowd control in the coat check area). At 4AM Tony Moran took over the turntables, and at 6AM I was done working... so the fun began. Tony kicked it far and wide. HUGE! The sound was amazing, the crowd was pretty hot, and yes, there was more flesh on display than I cared to see... And then Michael Fierman took over. For years I'd heard that he's very so so, old school, played out, etc. OMFG... he went deeper, harder, and better than Tony. I was in awe. All in all, fabulous party. I left at 12:30 and the party was still going.

Isn't it really leatherish?
Tony Moran is awesome... In fact he's one of my favourites right now. Though I'm not really into vocals at all, I always, always love him. He weaves in the diva, cheezy vocals with underground, dark, increadibly hard beats like no other DJ out there. He'll be here next Saturday... definitely not missing that."Success is going from failure to failure without a loss of enthusiasm." ~ Sir Winston Churchill

First it is a thread, not a forum. There is a straight thread and a bi thread as well. there is a women's forum, an over 35 forum. these threads and forums are all based on some trait that is shared amongst it's members. all are free to post to any/all of these threads and forums.
look around, it is not like we only post to this thread. look for other posts by me, i post a lot in other forums/threads. be careful what conclusions you jump to. most of us post to other threads, and would it matter if we didn't?just my $0.02.

this is a thread, not a forum. there is a straight thread, but there was not a lot of activity there. there is a bi thread that has activity from time to time.
i post plenty to other forums without any issues... i am pretty active on this sight outside of this thread, as are a lot of people on this thread.just my $0.02.

yeah like the above said, its a thread not a forum
also, the Straight forum talked about gays and why gays act stereotypically, and bis just talked bout why they arent gay, and so the gay forum is the one thats consistant and talks about the issue .... ourselves lol

Weatherwise...
It has been really nice here in the hometown. The temps have actually been warmer than at home in San Diego. But am bored to death here. Oh well, will probably be here a good while.
Okay I posted on CL for the Roanoke area and actually have a response. We'll see where it goes. Rain is in the forecast for tomorrow. Hope it doesn't as I 'll be in Roanoke and may go hilking again. Will be better prepared.
Am really annoyed that dad doesn't have the answering machine hooked up at the house. Am tired of the phone getting me up. If i were smart I'd get the machine out of the cob webs and hook it up.
So my buddy(LR3) hates returning to work...wish I were working. It would beat sitting around. Welcome back. May drop in tomorrow. Later party animals. (.Feel the burn. Stayed pumped.
