if you can afford $200 for that crappy bench you can afford $250-350 for a power rack. just be patient the deal will come. Also power racks don't take up much more space than an olympic sized bench would.

$200 is the max i have to spend =/

and power racks are too high for my ceiling, since i can only work out in my basement!

What should i do?

I'm looking to bump them up to 90, or 120/130.

A stand would be nice, but not necessary.
