There are also 7g of protein and 3.5g of fat....Is this acceptable on this diet? I would be having a total of 2 cups a day with my ON Whey shakes.

Regarding what sugars are in soy milk, I found this on Wikipedia. I think it has to do with soy products such as the common sweetened soy milk, though.

"Soy products contain sucrose as the basic disaccharide, which breaks down into glucose and fructose. Since soy doesn't contain galactose, a product of lactose breakdown, it can safely replace breast milk in children with Galactosemia." -Wikipedia

    Thanks Guys
I don't think you can have any dairy products on this diet but don't quote me on it. You will get a response from someone that knows for sure.

Ok guys, I need help with my fatty protein meal. Can I eat beef then? What kind can I have? Ground beef or what?

yah I know dairy products wont work on this diet because milk contains the sugar lactose... I was thinking unsweetened soy milk was an exception since it has a very low sugar count? and since it's derived from soy beans maybe it doesn't contain lactose?

    What grade of ground beef?

I have some tilapia, but I think I got the wrong kind? It has 1g of fat in each serving (4oz.). Im I understanding this wrong? What does "fatty" protein meal mean?

I would get 90/10 ground beef and for a fatty protein meal I would go for steak, ground beef, tuna, or salmon. You didn't get the wrong kind of tilapia, tilapia just has low fat in it and I don't know if tilapia is a good fatty protein source someone else will have to answer that.

    Ok, thank you.

I just bought 96/4 extra lean ground beef. It is 4.5g fat per 4oz. and like 23g protein per 4oz. Will this work for my fatty protein meal?

1: You can stay on this diet until your satisfied.
    2: Yes
3: The peanut butter should make it taste better, if that doesn't work just drink it as fast as you can or If you would like to have no protein shakes and just regular meals that would be fine as long as you meet the macros.
4: No you don't need a pre-post workout shake. Just eat what ever meal your suppose to before you go to the gym and after, it doesn't have to be right before the gym or right after but you can fit it in so it can be if you would like.
5: I would start of cardio 30 minutes low intensity after work out and if you would like I would add 30 minutes fasted low intensity in the morning. Just keep your heart rate under 120

I am using Lean Xtreme right now and it has been working very well. Lypolyze and ****lyze I hear work very well, just because the fact is has Usnic Acid which makes you waste calories. But Usnic Acid can be toxic on the liver and some reports people have blamed Usnic Acid for liver failer, but they had a very high dose(500mg) compared to what you would get from lypolyze and ****lyze( if taken together 48 mg of UA ). But lypolyze and ****lyze have green tea and vitamin e which should take care of most or all toxins.

EVERYONE should use ISOPURE no carb whey for this diet or you can get away with using Quattro by Magnum or Scivations whey. Quattro has only 3g of carbs and 60g of protein. It makes a kick ass SLUDGE!

i found something that beats whey, at least for grams of protein/calorie. this turkey sandwich meat i buy has 25 calories per slice, with 6 grams of protein. so 100 calories worth of it = 4 slices and 24 grams of MEAT protein. now i need to figure out a how much water to add to make a meat shake of it in the blender...yummy!

"beating" whey is not the point. the whey is supposed to be a good change up from the other meals.

sludge to me is like dessert twice a day.

    (1) All this talk about "Sludge" is making me curious!

What exactly is it? Could someone give a quick recipe for it to help out those on this diet?

    (2) I found a cheese that has 0 carbs at work the other day

    Grana Padano
    Nutrition
    Per 100g (3 1/2 oz): 385 calories, 28g fat, 33g protein, 1165 mg calcium, 140 mg cholesterol, 1.6g sodium, 120 mg potassium.

Tastes pretty good melted over chicken not sure if it is okay for this diet

    (3) Also would it be okay if I substituted the egg meals for 1 chicken and one beef meal?

Once I get the answers to these questions I can start my diet!

This diet seams to suit me.
I'll be starting once I've got some more whey. 40gs carbs a day should be a simple taste.

Q this diet dont seam to have a whole lot of fiber, would it be OK to take something to help in this department. Such as fiber-force, cant have any carbs in this right.

It is HIGHLY suggested to take fiber daily. I drink Metamucil everyday. This will help with fat burning as well. Happy pooping!

Should be ok, but the eggs are a lean protein as where the beef is fatty. i personally would do the eggs.

I dont get why people want to take a perfet diet and change it. When you "modify" it and dont get the results they want they in turn blame Dave and the Diet. lol

I am now on the 3 days of Protein / Veggie and 1 day Protein / Fat. Damn i miss my whole omega 3 eggs! lol
