yah I know dairy products wont work on this diet because milk contains the sugar lactose... I was thinking unsweetened soy milk was an exception since it has a very low sugar count? and since it's derived from soy beans maybe it doesn't contain lactose?

I would get 90/10 ground beef and for a fatty protein meal I would go for steak, ground beef, tuna, or salmon. You didn't get the wrong kind of tilapia, tilapia just has low fat in it and I don't know if tilapia is a good fatty protein source someone else will have to answer that.

I'm in search of a new diet, been looking and trying D.I.Y diets and losing little. I'm a carb whore so this diet is going to be Fing hard.
Q1: how long shoul one run with this diet...
Q2: I'm 200lb at 24BF%, I plan to get to 15BF%. Are my goals suited for this diet.
Q3: Drinking whey in water is real bad, any suggestions for that hmmmmmmmm ymmmmmmeeeeee x3 a day shake.
Q4: Do I need to take a pre-post shake like I've been doing. Or work it around the diet thats laid out.
Q5:I hitting the weight room 3x a week and do cardio after lifting sessions, as I'll be eating low carbs should I been doing cardio and how much, should I been lifting more ???
From the start its been a goal to see my abs 40+lb down and still my gut hangs, I ant going to let it beat me I need those abs. Hell a girl even joke that she would sleep with me if I had abs. I would love to walk into a bar shirtless just to see her face.
Thats a wrap...Last edited by BigBoyAdd; 10-15-2008 at 02:30 PM.

1: You can stay on this diet until your satisfied.
2: Yes
3: The peanut butter should make it taste better, if that doesn't work just drink it as fast as you can or If you would like to have no protein shakes and just regular meals that would be fine as long as you meet the macros.
4: No you don't need a pre-post workout shake. Just eat what ever meal your suppose to before you go to the gym and after, it doesn't have to be right before the gym or right after but you can fit it in so it can be if you would like.
5: I would start of cardio 30 minutes low intensity after work out and if you would like I would add 30 minutes fasted low intensity in the morning. Just keep your heart rate under 120

I am using Lean Xtreme right now and it has been working very well. Lypolyze and ****lyze I hear work very well, just because the fact is has Usnic Acid which makes you waste calories. But Usnic Acid can be toxic on the liver and some reports people have blamed Usnic Acid for liver failer, but they had a very high dose(500mg) compared to what you would get from lypolyze and ****lyze( if taken together 48 mg of UA ). But lypolyze and ****lyze have green tea and vitamin e which should take care of most or all toxins.

i found something that beats whey, at least for grams of protein/calorie. this turkey sandwich meat i buy has 25 calories per slice, with 6 grams of protein. so 100 calories worth of it = 4 slices and 24 grams of MEAT protein. now i need to figure out a how much water to add to make a meat shake of it in the blender...yummy!

(1) All this talk about "Sludge" is making me curious!
What exactly is it? Could someone give a quick recipe for it to help out those on this diet?
(2) I found a cheese that has 0 carbs at work the other day
Grana Padano
Nutrition
Per 100g (3 1/2 oz): 385 calories, 28g fat, 33g protein, 1165 mg calcium, 140 mg cholesterol, 1.6g sodium, 120 mg potassium.
Tastes pretty good melted over chicken not sure if it is okay for this diet
(3) Also would it be okay if I substituted the egg meals for 1 chicken and one beef meal?
Once I get the answers to these questions I can start my diet!Last edited by Goon44; 10-17-2008 at 12:15 AM.

This diet seams to suit me.
I'll be starting once I've got some more whey. 40gs carbs a day should be a simple taste.
Q this diet dont seam to have a whole lot of fiber, would it be OK to take something to help in this department. Such as fiber-force, cant have any carbs in this right.

I dont get why people want to take a perfet diet and change it. When you "modify" it and dont get the results they want they in turn blame Dave and the Diet. lol
I am now on the 3 days of Protein / Veggie and 1 day Protein / Fat. Damn i miss my whole omega 3 eggs! lol
