I agree with you to some extent. Yes it does seem that SOME people rely too much on supplementation. Namely people who just started working out and bought their first Muscle and Fitness seeing Jay Cutler with some Cell-Tech in his hand, they think they gotta get it. But for people that have been in the game a while and have done their research (and have the money to spend) I find it hard to believe how supplementation wouldn't be beneficial.
