Cheat only if you have to.
Your main goal should be to not cheat at all...EVER!
That is what you should strive towards. And trust me...it gets easier to stick away from crap foods the more you do it!

W.O.W...listen to your body and what works for YOU...not for someone else...If lifting heavy works for you, DO IT, if 12-15 reps works for you...DO THAT THEN... also comes down to diet...do what works for you... EVERYONE is different!!!

Unless your competing soon, this is a lifestyle change not a torture chamber. Keep yourself sane and if you really want to eat your favorite dish once in a while, by all means do it but then keep yourself on track once your done

Just surf the web for food pics, or rent a couple cooking shows. In the privacy of your own home, no one has to know. Much safer than going out for cheat food, with salmonella and boccialism out there. And hopefully your cook will understand, maybe even look at tight young souffles with you and if you're lucky watch iron chef together...
If you absolutely have too, be safe, use a napkin and get your BMI checked afterward.Last edited by eddiebo; 06-19-2008 at 09:47 PM.

you should cheat whenever you get the urge and you can't shake it. sometimes i cheat once a week, some times 3 times, sometimes i don't for weeks. the best is when i get cravings for healthy stuff, like tomorrow i will definatley be having a turkey burger on a whole wheat bun, sounds great and been thinking about it for 2 days. When i get pizza cravings i go for the ultra lean pockets supreme pizza.
