I'm a Nhilist but have absolute respect for the faith. I do truly believe this is a Christian country, built on Christian principles, and upheld by Christian law.

My only gripe with Christianity is that the only thing keeping Christians decent is the promise of a Devine reward.

Ok we can go the atheist route.. I still think kids are better off learning good values and being instilled with it at a young age. Teaching kids that would choose an oreo over 10K cash that God doesnt exist isnt necessary. They can figure out whether they believe in higher powers when they are more developed.

It's all voodoo to me but it shouldn't matter if it's not something you believe in. If that's what someone can use to better themselves, to become better men then so be it. It's not up to us to sit on a pedestal and demonize someone who has faith in something nonsensical to you and I. I'm not a fan of faith based initiatives...but for the most part, you cannot deny that the high moral aspect of our country (yes, i know its not always the best) is based on that faith. It's not Christianity that's bad, it's men claiming to be Christians who are the ones that pervert the faith.
