Literally starting to hate everything at 30+.

Wow. i used to be enthused about living in my 20s.

now life seems unbearable as i'm older now. Everything seems to be the same old boring chit. Nothing is new and everything seems played out. Going to the gym fukking sucks because of injuries. I'll go to a lounge maybe on weekends but that chit is fukking annoying and filled with crappy EDM dj's playing the same mixes as the previous week. Plus some of my best friends have died along the way. either shot, in jail, still hooked on drugs. The only thing that keeps me sane is maybe paintballing. I wish i had the balls to gamble my life savings into the stock market but there's a chance i'd literally off myself with those odds. I've lived long enough to see this country turn to absolute chit. From my family being torn apart all the way down to my friends.

All i wanted was a solid job, my own place, and to escape the USA on a jet listening to atmospheric drum and bass mixes with my family. but i seems you can't get anywhere without a degree and going into insane amounts of debt

i'm stuck at a dead end job and even have homicidal thoughts in my sleep. srs. i've even tried therapy

I have also had this same problem since I turned 30, I am 35 now. Everything feels boring really quickly, things I liked before don't excite me anymore and I am mostly bored and depressed.

Alcohol really helps, makes you forget about your problems and you start enjoying life instead of being bored and depressed.

Nah. With this thread, I think you should travel to really poor parts so that you can see with your own eyes how good we gots it. Plus going where everyone else goes is boring as chit.

You need something to look forward to, or at least manufacture something to look fwd to. Many older folks attach to their career, which I personally think is sad unless it's a field they're genuinely passionate about.

In your 20's you don't need to do this because it always feels like there so any opportunity/possibility is available to you, even if you don't know what they are.

We live in an exciting time. WW3 might kick off. economic collapse. civil war? Even a nuke might drop. AI potentially making 70%+ of the workforce obsolete within the next decade. I want to live long enough to witness it all.

Injuries also took my love for lifting as well. Thankfully I managed to fix myself before I reached the point of no return. I used peptides, steroids and growth hormone to heal from injuries. I feel great physically, but now I'm at the point where I train just train to maintain.
