"Natural caffeine" is just one of the many ingredients listed under the "Energy & Antioxidant Flood Complex" section of the formula, which states it contains 3,825mg per 2 scoops. BTW, what's the difference between "natural" caffeine and the caffeine you'll find in say, coffee or soda?
Also, is WF safe to use on cardio days? For example, if I take 2 scoops of WF all at once 15 mins prior to weights, then lift for one hour or so, and then do 30 to 45 mins of cardio, will the WF have any adverse effects on my heart or cardiovascular system?
Thanks.

1) ok
2) Are you saying it's not safe to take WF on cardio days, period? I'm on PW for intra-WO already. Unfortunately, I do cardio at the gym right after weights, so should I stop taking the WF altogether then if I continue combining weights + cardio? BTW, my first experience with a N.O. was White Blood, which I went through before recently trying WF for the first time. When I was on WB, I took the recommended 3 pills/day pre-WO and workouts were weights + cardio in the same session. The reason I chose WB was because of its non-stim factor, but decided to give WF a try in the hope I could handle it. I'm not saying I can't handle the WF necessarily, but I may be experiencing some tension near my heart area (or I could be overthinking the whole thing potentially and the slight tension feeling may just be a sign of currently being overtrained), but I want to explore all possibilities at this point. That's why I'm asking about the levels of caffeine here. Are there any other stimulant ingredients in WF other than caffeine that could potentially stress the heart too much?
3) Sorry, not familiar with the levels in coffee, how much caffeine exactly per 2 scoops of WF?
Thanks.Be humble or be humbled.

Caffeine in coffee.
Pt, I have a question. The original poster above does cardio and lifts on the same day. That is his routine, should he just stick to PW and not WF because of this?

Wow, don't know what to believe now. Is it "a cup of coffee" worth (60-120mg) or is anywhere from 250mg to 375mg like people (seemingly in the know) were debating in the quoted thread? Most importantly, why isn't this info readily available, or simply listed on the container? =\
Dracoy, thx for trying to help bud.

The most common amount of caffeine per cup of coffee (as referenced in these forums) is 200mg. Here is another link with some some more precise amounts for various types of coffees:
