I agree with zig zag because I personally never have a problem logging into bodyspace or researching the forums. and we have several employees on them during the day with no issues. if updates are done at bb.com they are generally done at night or early morning but no big updates have been done lately to result in any reason for the page to slow.

I have been using SpyBot before SpyWare was a buzzzz word, THAT IS, on my PC. SpyBot is great to detect the 24,000 problems you might have on your decked out Dell, but unfortunately it cannot speed up this lag...lagg...laggg...lagggg...laggggging forum on BodyBuilding.com, especially when I am using a MAC.
