My friends. My family. I ask of you one final time to gather before me.
Tonight we shall leave this earth as legends. Our only way to never die.
This will be our requiem.
In the company of death we walk side by side.
Cast your differences aside for the lives sacraficed.
I ask one final time to unite.
Earn the right to stand with pride.
We are in the company of death.

If I am performing a regular workout with %s lower than 85% of 1 RM, I will go with Rage or Metallica. Weights above 85% I tend to shut the music off and visualize the lift especially the squat. I have a hell of time maintaining decent form while squatting so I need to keep things in check.
Monday Bench
Tuesday Rest
Wednesday Drink beer
Thursday Drink more beer
Friday Bench
Saturday celebrate benching by drinking beer
Sunday plan for benching

No idea what's going on with the video, but it's the only video featuring the song on YouTube. RISE!
