You're right, but the expected value of your decisions is a weighted average, not measured as discrete events. You will always lose on reckless decisions with unfavourable odds if you continue to make them.
You could double your money today by putting it all on black at the roulette wheel, but if you keep doing it forever, your probability of losing approaches infinity/1.Last edited by FatalTragedy12; 12-08-2017 at 08:21 AM.

I remember seeing that bubble chart 6 months ago and thinking "yeah everybody is talking about crypto! Time to get out!"
Flash forward to now. Radio and tv segments, coinbase #1 app in the appstore, and girls talking about wanting a bitcoin daddy.
This time last year, we were literally in stealth mode. This time right now, everybody knows what bitcoin is, and if you haven't then you have been living under a rock. The dotcom bubble was before the information age, word travels fast, we are in the information age. We are getting so close to the top right now.No signature

I'm just following the price of it at the moment. I think the prevention of a complete price explosion is due to (a) sh*tty wallet/transactions (b) underlisted on exchanges. These are both being fixed very soon (bugfix next week + Tangle snapshot, new wallet/exchanges soon).
I honestly want to buy about 600 more IOTA while it's cheap but with BTC cucked I don't want to liquidate sats at this point in time either. I'm not investing new money into crypto because of high levels of uncertainty over the next few weeks, therefore, sitting on my hands.Last edited by FatalTragedy12; 12-08-2017 at 08:35 AM.

Shorted bitcoin today with only a 80$ profit on my 3k investment once you consider fees etc. Pretty poverty, but that correction just has to come soon... was hoping for bigger gains today and it looks like it won't happen.
Will sit in the sidelines for a while with my 25% profit.
Gains have been good from LTC, but I only own like 3 coins.
Such is life LTC is the coin I like most in all of crypto. Considering the price of BTC, I would say it deserves to be around the 500 mark. BTC=Overvalued, LTC= Undervalued.

I've been risk-off on crypto for the last 3 months. Not really holding my profits in crypto for very long. Just trading and selling for USD... fairly quickly.
It's been one hell of a year let me tell you that. Life changing.
The trading fees I pay to enter exit a trade if I have to market order is sometimes as much as people will make working a 8hr shift at minimum wage. It's ****ing nuts. Do I think that's right? I don't know.Last edited by lowstrife; 12-08-2017 at 08:45 AM.
