I still remember that thread. If it wasn't for it I don't think a lot of basement dwelling miscers could have gotten the motivation to change their own perception/look.

I hope man. I know of a few at least that have pmd me afterwards with before and afters saying I inspired them to lose weight and people I've given advice along the way. Hopefully there were others. Growing up overweight sucks.

It's hard either way ...my skinny ass 16 year old is finally hitting the gym, with quite a bit of encouragement, but getting him to eat is another thing entirely ..sigh

I give him my ability to eat if he gives me his to not eat.
Don't come back complaining there's no food in the fridge left afterwards though

Yeah I'd imagine. Have you showed him the forums at all? (Obviously not the misc lol) but just any of the nutrition stuff. Even just some home made mass gainer shakes would really help out seeing that's a quick 1000-1500 calories in a few minutes. That'd make it a lot easier.

Lmao no. I was a delivery driver at jimmy Johns that entire time. No way I'd be throwing a few grand into surgery. My family just has decent jaw genetics. I look like a twink next to my dad tbh.
