I just posted about this but last night I went to move a bench from the smith machine and couldn't maneuver it so it flipped all over the place. lol. I am relentlessly pulling and pushing this thing and for some reason my brain just couldn't click to how to move it. People are looking at me like I'm insane. I almost hit a few people with the bench, too.
So... That happened lol

i was working with a trainer. A young guy was doing bench presses on the smith machine (which also held extra weights) beside me. Apparently, I was taking weights from HIS BAR to put onto my bar, not thinking anything of it. Finally my trainer asked why I kept taking weights off of his bar as he was lying on the bench resting between sets!. Poor guy, he was too nice, he didn't say a word to me the whole time, she just kept re-weighting his rack for him. lol

I have a weird but funny tale. It would have been embarrassing if I hadn't thought the guy was way weird. I was doing BB hip thrusts one day and the platform on the back of the incline press rack is the perfect height. It's the thing with the seat in the front where someone sits and incline presses the BB, and the spotter can stand on the platform above them to help if needed.

I was set up and doing my hip thrusts when a guy comes over and decides to use the other side of the platform for calf raises. ??? So he's facing my head right above me basically doing calf raises while I'm thrusting. It was a really weird moment and I just looked at him like he'd lost his mind. He could have done his calf raises anywhere else, but no. LOL!

I saw something like it on Animal Planet and thought it would work...I'm sorry...you didn't have to go telling everyone
