You're doing good work with the deads and squats and keeping up a load of volume Deadlift day you made sure you smashed your PC with RDLs, glute bridges (air humps ) and rowing. Do you have any target lifts if you do do the July meet?

well I registered for the meet yesterday, so I'm doing it. I dont really have any set goals. I'm slowly, probably a little too slowly testing out strength to see what I can even do right now. I'm 24 pounds lighter than last years meet and with my lack of consistent training with the exception of the past couple of months I think im going to use it as a figure out my current 1RM then build on that with continued weight loss for the next meet.

I've never done a meet (I've always been too weak to even consider it although as I've got older the masters categories start to look a little easier ) so I've got great respect for you for having competed already and now facing up to it again. Your lifts are really good with deads and squats better than most guys I know, and it looks like you've got a steady progression happening. It'd be über-cool to meet your old PRs at your new weight

I probably outweigh most of the guys you know
I'm hoping to at least get close to last years meet numbers. I'm sure bench will not be great, but it's never been a great lift for me.
